Date: 15 Jan 1996 16:14:21 GMT Organization: University of Cambridge, England Lines: 17 Message-ID: <4ddugt$ib9@lyra.csx.cam.ac.uk> NNTP-Posting-Host: ursa.cus.cam.ac.uk To: djgpp AT delorie DOT com DJ-Gateway: from newsgroup comp.os.msdos.djgpp I'm currently converting some real mode code over to GASP/DJGPP, and I'm having some problems. Some of the code I want to convert is self-modifying, and I'm not having much success with it. I believe that what I need to do is use a selector which points to the code section but allows read/write access, but I haven't been able to set this up. There appears to be no documentation on the selectors used by GO32. So, what I need to know is: what selectors are set up by GO32, and can I use/modify them to allow self-modifying code? If so, how? :). Thanks in advance for any help. -- Mark Mackey Trinity Hall, Cambridge.
