This was because of DJ's hard disk failure and some major internal : low-level changes that were made to fix some fundamental problems. So, on : some systems like W95 and NT a few things broke, so it's nice to be able : to fall back on a working system while the final bugs are stamped out : (and to compare source diffs). The final release will be based on beta 4. : If you were going to download something for the first time beta 4 would : make more sense (since it fixes a large number of bugs).
