LFN support should automatically be off unless there is LFN support detected on Int 21h, AH=71h. In any case, you can turn off LFN support with "SET LFN=N" at the command line (or autoexec.bat) or putting this symbol in the djgpp.env file. But this actually sounds like you are somehow using a V1.x library header which had the structure not be packed.
