As far as I understood the docs, he did it for his computer-science degree (right?). English docs... none that I know of, but I want to polish up my french anyway... NO! I'm joking... but I might try to do a translation... for my own uses. If I do it, and have done it, I might announce it here. Until then... Oh, what SWORD does? Try to look at the doc file with Word for Windows 2.0 or higher (Works 2.0 also, well, works). If you don't have either: SWORD stands for "System of Windows for ORganization of the Desktop" (recalled from memory) It resembles Turbo-Vision from the programmer's point of view, and a mix of features from NeXTStep and Windows 95 from a user's point of view. Or is this incorrect? It's what I gleaned from what I've read, and what I've read ain't much. I didn't yet get to try it out in depth. Anyway, my $0.02 worth of thought... PS: I took this $0.02 from someone else's posting... thanks! Can't remember the name, though... PPS: Michael, sorry dass ich auf Englisch antworte... aber ich fand's besser, das zu posten.
