Date: Thu, 21 Dec 1995 22:15:25 -0500 From: dj (DJ Delorie) To: djgpp-announce AT delorie DOT com Subject: djgpp mailing lists change info This is an announcement to all to let you know that the DJGPP mailing lists (djgpp, djgpp-announce, and djgpp-workers) are all managed though my machine (delorie.com) now, and not Clarkson (sun.soe.clarkson.edu). Mail sent to djgpp AT sun DOT soe DOT clarkson DOT edu will be sent immediately to djgpp AT delorie DOT com, but this may not last forever, so please get used to the new addresses. Same for djgpp-announce. Subscription requests sent to listserv AT sun DOT soe DOT clarkson DOT edu for the djgpp mailing lists will be REJECTED. I have sent a patch to the Clarkson sysadmins to have the listserv tell you the new address in those cases, but until then you must just know to use my address. The djgpp mailing list is still gated to the comp.os.msdos.djgpp news group. I'd prefer you read news if you can, to reduce the load on my machine and the network. Subscribers to djgpp automatically get any mail sent to djgpp-announce, no need to subscribe to both. djgpp-workers is a new list that obsoletes the djgpp-v2 list. This new list is for people actively working on (and testing pre-release versions of) djgpp itself. It is not for general discussions or help. Mail to djgpp-v2 will be bounced to djgpp-workers for a while. Subscription requests should go to one of these two places: mailto:listserv AT delorie DOT com http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/mailing-lists/subscribe.html For help on using the list server, send a help message to it: $ mail listserv AT delorie DOT com Subject: HELP ^D If you have further questions, please send me e-mail. Thanks! DJ Delorie dj AT delorie DOT com http://www.delorie.com/
