I have a monitor and graphics card capable of supporting these, and have set the 'default graphics mode' in the GO32 environment line to 1024x768x256. However, when I do plot-a-pixel, the computer sets a line of 4 pixels; the screen also flickers badly, as if it were being displayed non-interlaced. Text printed with printf in the mode comes out as random-bits-of- characters gibberish. I'm clearly doing something FAQ-worthily wrong, but I can't find a solution in the FAQ. Please, somebody help ... -- -------------------------------------------------- Tom Womack.
