  You should look in vendors directory, as in

   ftp.funet.fi /mirrors/oak.oakland.edu/Simtel/vendors/djgpp/

  The "official" last version of DJGPP is 1.12maint4 which you can get from
funet ( and any other Simtel mirror), but you can also find v2-beta at :

   ftp.idsoftware.com /pub/djgpp/v2/
   ftp.delorie.com /pub/djgpp/v2 ( not sure )
