Sorry if this has come up before, but does anyone know how to map
video memory into the programs address space under v2?  I already know
its posible by changing the segment/select registers.  But I'm tring
to port some code to djgpp v2, and would like to make as few changes
as posible.  I'd like to be able to directly access video memory
without playing with the segment registers.
