I've more or less just now brought down the GRXlib, got the examples running and started to do some coding with it. This has lead to some questions (some of them I'll probably figure out myself sooner or later, but if there's some wise and friendly soul around that could enlighten me in these issues, it'd save me some time and thinking, something I'd really appreciate). First of all, I'd like to, in the fastest and easiest way, just flush an unsigned char buffer with pixel data (in other words, a large bitmap) onto the screen. (1) I haven't yet found a really easy way to do it, but I suspect it could be fairly easily done using contexts. If so, new questions arise. Can a context be convinced to use my pixdata when being blitted? (2) And if so, how do I convince it of that? (3) Furthermore, I've seen some indications that GRXlib supports the famous ModeX format 320 x 240 x 256 (pixels SHOULD be squared) and some indications that it's not yet completed. If anyone could give me some information about the situation and how to get ModeX I'd really appreciate it? (4) Again, I'd really appreciate any help and enlightment on the four issues above. Thank you in advance, J Wenzel
