Does anybody has an example of a real-mode call-back via DPMI,
where no interrupts are involved S(the only examples i have found
were mousedriver complicated with interrupt calls).

So an real-mode function calls a protected-mode function without
knowing that it is a jump to a protected-mode DPMI to pm.

Maybe a pointer to a FAQ would be nice.
