	I notice the same problem with BC 3.1 & svga.bgi, so I presume it
is a Windows bug.
	But for your info, at that time I was running win 3.1 on Diamond
Speedstar Hicolor in 800x600 with 256 colors, and my DOS app was also in
that mode.
