CWSDPMI is a free 32-bit only DPMI 0.9+ provider with source.  The most
recent working version is always available from 

 ftp.neosoft.com:pub/users/s/sandmann/csdpmi*.zip

This distribution should also be available wherever you might find the
betas for DJGPP V2.

You can also find DPMI in Windows, OS/2, 386MAX, QEMM, and other protected
mode operating systems.
