Ladybug has an option to run over a serial port. I did some work on modifying it to instead run over a pipe with C Kermit at the other end. I got it working enough to verify that the idea was feasible, but it needs a lot more work on sorting out what should go to the screen and what to the pipe. I haven't had time to get back to this project, and I haven't needed it so I haven't been forced back to it. You're welcome to look at what I've done if you want to continue the project.
