The FAQ is driven by the questions that are asked here.  As v2.0 hasn't 
been released as an official version yet, there aren't any questions 
about the official version, and so no FAQ.  I don't think the FAQ should 
include beta version problems, but if you need these, there is a chapter 
you can read in the on-line FAQ at www.delorie.com/djgpp/faq.
