Subject: ftp site for djgpp v2.0 beta?

I've tried to connect ftp.idsoftware.com to get v2.0 beta for last 
several days, but I usually failed with the errors:

ftp: connect: Connection refused ftp>

DJ's home site was not ftp'able.  What other US site can I connect to?

Also, I personally mailed to CSaba to get GRX 2.0 beta, but I couldn't
get any responses from him.  Where can I get it?
