Mueller) Subject: FAQ answers I can't find I can't find these answers in the 1.02 FAQ (not to say they aren't there): 1. How can I create a file containing the errors generated by a compile? Redirecting the output using ">" on my DOS 6.2 machine doesn't work (though it does on Unix). 2. What are the optimal settings for running gcc under Windows in a DOS shell? Even though I have -1, -1 for memory requested in my PIF file, go32 reports I only have between 1K and 4K DPMI memory. I have 16MB in this machine. I did not understand the discussion of PageOverCommit in the FAQ. 3. Although I've installed the four maint. updates to 1.12, my go32 is still at version maint3. What do I need to do to get maint4 of go32? Thanks again for your time and patience. -- Ed. Mueller The opinions expressed do not reflect my employer.
