The docs. mention using tex, but I don't have it. If you need to print a single node (or a small number of nodes), use the M-x print-node command. It is documented in the Info on-line help, which you can reach by chosing the ``Stand-alone Info'' item from the main menu. If you want to print the entire manual (like everything about Gcc), you should indeed use TeX. As an alternative, the DJGPP FAQ list (available as faq102.zip from the same place you get DJGPP) gives you a few pointers to sites on the 'net where you can get ready-to-print PostScript files for some of the manuals.
