Hi there again.
I wrote a small test program that uses cprintf and getkey.  It does seem to
work better that using printf.  This was using V2.  A curious question.

I didn't give the program any prototypes and it compiled and ran just fine.
Another thing, I didn't have CWSDPMI running either.  Do I only need CWSDPMI
for some things and no others with V2?

Trying V1.12m4 gave me errors about declarations (because of no header files).
This is fine, but I can't find cprintf in conio.h for V1.12m4.  Is this a
newer function that has been added in V2
