All of the GNU and GNU-derived software on SimTel was moved recently at 
FSF request.  DJGPP is now in the vendors/djgpp directory on SimTel, 
instead of msdos/djgpp (this may vary on some mirrors, I didn't check 
yet).  Sorry, but the FAQ cannot always be kept in sync with every net 
development, even when it will eventually be maintained on-line (don't 
hold your breath yet ;-).
