Maybe I will write the Getting Started thing. (That's NOT a promise--yet.) Will a kind of tutorial with a lot of pointers to other docs be OK? "How to learn C with DJGPP" is a non-issue, IMHO. Once the initial getting started is mastered, newbies should get any C tutorial (I recommend K&R, 2nd edition) and get themselves wet with it.
