I am wondering if I should Create and Compile projects on my PC and transfer them to the schools Mainframe(AIX)? Is DJGPP the right shareware for me to get/learn/work-with. Is there a more straightforward DOS C compiler available? What am I getting myself into if I get DJGPP to get through this C class. I have a 486-66 w/ 8mb Ram, and plenty of storage space. Last but not least, If I need to cave in and buy a product do you have any recommendations on a simple small inexpensive compiler. Thanks.... Chris Collins cmcollin AT harp DOT aix DOT calpoly DOT edu
