Hye,

I'm student in the EPFL at Lausanne and my diploma work will be to do the
needed changes on a modified version of djgpp called SynC++ to make it work 
under Windows 3.1 or Windows 95.

A few questions :

	1) Are they technical reasons explaining why gcc doesn't exist on 
	   Windows, or is it the common Windows-phobia that explains it ?

	2) Is there a project to do it under Windows ?

	3) Any suggestions, indications (or maybe flames ?) will be readed
	   hapily
