Date: 11 Jun 1995 07:07:52 GMT Organization: Technische Hochschule Darmstadt Lines: 20 Nntp-Posting-Host: hp68.rbg.informatik.th-darmstadt.de To: djgpp AT sun DOT soe DOT clarkson DOT edu Dj-Gateway: from newsgroup comp.os.msdos.djgpp Is there a way under djgpp to select() on mouse or keyboard events? Currently I have to watch for three kind of events, and sleep if they don't happen: - mouse events - keyboard events - serial port events (based on the one in fsdb, but dpmi aware) Has anyone done something like that and has any hints for me, how to make such code behave well in a multitasking environment? I would really enjoy a select() like solution, this would make porting to linux way easier.
