comp.os.msdos.djgpp passed 556 to 23 (wow!) so it will happen shortly.

We are all concerned about the potential noise problem, and answer
response time, and keeping threads between news and mail coherent.
There are lots of possibilities once the news group is created, but 
since we will have full control of the resources to address any problems
which may arrive, I am optimistic it will work out great!
