Oops,
 Sorry, forgot to say that the tcplib package is at ftp.clarkson.edu, 
directory pub/msdos/djgpp/pub, file tcplib.zip. Unzip it into your djgpp 
directory. Don't forget to use the -d option for pkunzip. Also, please 
read tcplib.txt, included in it. You need to make a few adjustments to 
some of the header files (it redefines some of the socket function 
prototypes to be the same as unix.) Also it was compiled with a lower 
version of djgpp than the current one. I would recommend recompiling it 
(Go the source dir and type make, hopefully).
