gaia.ucs.orst.edu indeed has bad files which won't unzip with the
latest (PK)?UnZip 2.04g (there is no higher version), so don't use
it.  Oak, OTOH, is OK; if anybody has problems with it, then either
(1) they forgot to do it BINARY mode, or (2) their UnZip program is
an old version (or both).
