Subject: Bug in \djgpp\libsrc\make.bat

The \djgpp\libsrc\make.bat file contains forward slashes in the 'cd' commands.
This fails under DOS with invalid switch messages.  I'm using the 112M4 release,
so I suppose this hasn't been caught, or if it has, it hasn't been released as
an update.

Changing all the forward slashes to backslashes fixes the problem.  It's unclear
from the readme if I need to submit this as a 'diff -c2' file and if so, which
address to mail it to.
