Did you read the DJGPP FAQ list, Chapter 6?  It describes some causes
of your kind of problems, and gives some solutions.  It also tells you
what to post on the list in case you can't solve the problem yourself.
At least the exact output of go32 with no parameters and the contents
of AUTOEXEC.BAT and COnFIG.SYS are required to try to help you.

DJGPP.
