Some time ago I managed to extract the TeXinfo-file FLEX.TEXI from the
FLEX-sources.
This file is the source of the FLEX.1 info-file, and it claims to be
sort of derived from FLEXDOC.1:

If you have TeX on your machine you can produce the printed manual
from this file (and the TeXinfo.tex macros, of course, approx. 120kB).
I'm not able to convert TeX to Postscript, right now, but there are
people who can.
Let me know if you can use the TeX-sources, and I will mail them to you.
