I built a little window based system to serve as a GNAT software development environment for Windows an I ran into a snag. I'd appreciate any help I could get to go around this snag. Here is my problem: It appears to me that when I run the GNAT compiler, the DJGPP system sees how much memory is on my machine and grabs it. As a result, when I try to lauch DJGPP from windows DJGPP conflicts with any .pif settings that I try to use. Is there some way I can set a parameter that forces DJGPP to run within a specified amount of memory? If I can solve this, I have a very nice window based environment for running both GNAT and DJGPP. Please forward any suggestions directly to me since I do not read this group. Glad to share my software once I solve this problem.
