Do *NOT* post votes to this list, or to any newsgroup.  An RFD is a "Request
For Discussion", so there isn't a vote yet anyway.  Any discussion should be
in news.groups, not here.  Once a general agreement is reached, a CFV "Call
For Votes" will be issued, which should be sent to this list as well as
posted to various appropriate newsgroups.  This will give an *e-mail*
address to send votes to.  Only votes sent there in the appropriate format
will be counted.

For emphasis: There is NO POINT sending votes to this list or to any
newsgroup.  No one is counting them, so it's just a waste of bandwidth.
