go32 puts the first mono line six lines down (and ignores the last
line) because all my other mono debugging tools use those six lines
(and the last) for other information.  No other good reason.

gdb currently does not "know" about the mono monitor.  Perhaps your
contribution to djgpp could be to teach it?
