I was able to get it to run by replacing a stat() call with an access() call. Long Doan has reported progress at fixing the real problem which has to do with properly setting up the environment under dpmi. I think that the include file path problems only arise if you also have DJ's debugger sources installed; I saw them also. I did not have any problems with the compiler crashing, but I have 16MB, OS/2 (dpmi) and a different make so it's hard to say which difference is important.
