System: IBM PC 386dx 40Mhz, DOS 6


After running the following command:
gnatbl -o hello.exe hello.ali  (ali file was created with gcc)

the following message was displayed 
c:/djgpp/bin/ld.exe: cannot open -lgthreads: file not found

What does this mean and what are the possible causes and/or solutions.
