It seems this won't do any harm (it didn't in my case). Maybe the list server is smart enough to not subscribe you more than once. I even wrote to the person who is in charge of the server and he confirmed these involuntary un-subscribtions happen, and told me ``when in doubt, re-subscribe yourself''.
