Subject: available memory on disk.

Is there a universal way of getting (preferably as MS-DOS command)
the amount of disk storage free. I know that "dir" gives that,
but decoding the result is not straightforward since some MS-DOS
speeak english, others speak fremch. other speak italian, etc...
