gprof is part of the binutils package.  If there aren't any docs
with djgpp, you can obtain both man pages and texinfo sources
from prep.ai.mit.edu (or better yet, your nearest gnu/fsf mirror)
in pub/gnu/binutils-*.tar.gz.
