Subject: Seg. fault from undeclared variables in (1.12)

I seem to get a segmentation fault in the compiler whenever GCC 2.6.0 
finds an undeclared variable.  The seg fault occurs after displaying
the error message regarding the undeclared variable.  Is this a
known bug, or is it just my system?
