It printed happily until it output page 289, then I got a fatal error stating that my PC could not "create or replace" the PRN file. Anybody know how to get around that? Also, is there an easy way to start printing from page 290 on so I don't unnecessarily kill trees? Further, I obtained SB39TEX for my PC and recreated gcc.dvi. In the process, I received messages that there are problems with the TeX for gcc.tex. I recall seeing messages displayed when the unix system created the .dvi. DJ, or anybody else, do you want to see these messages?
