Subject: tar/djtarx for NT

DJ,
you advised me to compile djtarx under NT to get a tar with long
filename handling. Hhhm, I got over the struct ftime incompatibilities
I also got across the chmod and open O_WRONLYand mkdir hassles (-DPOSIX)
but when it came to #include <bios.h> in oread.c and all that bios
specific caching stuff I had to throw in the towel :-(.

On advice of Valery Fine I'm now trying out:
ftp.cdrom.com:/pub/cica/pub/win32/nt/tar.zip
