Since there isn't a single use of %1 (i.e. mydir\djgpp) in setdjgpp, the least
confusing option would probably be to change all %2 to %1, and use the command

  call  mydir\djgpp\bin\setdjgpp mydir/djgpp

Nice idea, huh? ;-)
