Correct.  V2.0 requires DPMI and GR doesn't support DPMI, so there's
no sense putting them together.  I'm hoping that for V2.0 the graphics
drivers will be DLLs (i.e. 32-bit) and have more robust interfaces
that the .grd drivers.
