To fix the TeX cross reference errors, add a line like this after each
@node command:

	@iftex
	@donoderef()
	@end iftex

The manual, as is, *is* around 150-250 pages.  If there's anything I
can put in the .texinfo files to make it take less pages, please let
me know.
