Subject: newsgroups

I'm against newsgroups for several reasons:
1. Who will do the work maintaining the groups?
2. What about sites without news?
3. The mailing system is working (never change a running system...).
4. Tony wrote about sending some FAQs, etc. I think this is a pretty good
idea which will abandon the problems flooding the mailing list.
So I vote   a g a i n s t   substituting the mailing service by a
newsgroup. However, I wouldn't mind offering an   a d d i t i o n a l
newsgroup.
