Given that:

(1) Getting a gnu.* newsgroup is easier than a comp.* newsgroup,

(2) djgpp includes more than just gcc, and

(3) there are more ms-dos/gnu interactions than just djgpp/ms-dos/gcc
    ones,

I propose the following newsgroups (in following the existing
standards where applicable):

	gnu.msdos.djgpp.announce
	gnu.msdos.djgpp.bugs
	gnu.msdos.djgpp.help
	gnu.msdos.djgpp.help.new-user
	gnu.msdos.djgpp.misc

Linking these with mailing lists can be done later if the need arises.
