Subject: Z80 cross assembler

	My Dad has asked me if there is a cross assembler 
for z80 available that I could use with djgpp. I really don't know
where to start looking. I'm trying to support his work with embedded 
systems, but don't really know that much about them. I work in C and 
he works deep assembly. He wants this partly to enable him to include a 
cross assembler from DOS with his finished product to allow changes at 
the site... 

	ANY help would be appreciated, any DJGPP help would be doubly so.
