Make sure you are using 1.11's go32 with 1.11's binaries!  1.11 uses a
new file format that 1.10 can't handle (hence the bogus error message).

Run "go32" to make sure you are using 1.11 and not 1.10.

1.11's go32 fixed the problems that csdpmit1.zip fixed for 1.10.
