Under non-DPMI, when I go to SAMPLES/DPMI and say make, it crashes at the
end of making each app.  If you say "make" enough times it builds them all,
with no ill effects on DOS (thanks to protected mode...).  But as DJ noted,
it won't get fixed unless someone looks at it.

After all DJ spent the last umpteen weekends and evenings putting this all
together, I think he deserves a break!  I will try and look at the DPMI
problems if I get a chance, but it's supposed to be a beautiful weekend
here :-)
