wmemu387 is not part of djgpp 1.11 because sources are not included,
and it hasn't changed.  It is also a few revs behind and does not have
some changes required to work with 1.11 properly (emu387 has them).

The author of wmemu387 has gone on to other projects.  He may or may
not be willing to continue supporting this.
