I have the MKS Toolkit, version 4.2.  It seems to want configuration
files for a C compiler.  The configuration files that come with it are
for a variety of commercial C compilers.  Before I re-invent the wheel,
does anyone have such configuration files for djgpp already?  These
would be specific to MKS, possibly even to the version of MKS.
